Sir,

I beg most respectfully to state that I am a student of class eight in your school. I could not pay my tuition fees for the month the of June and July because my father went to India for his treatment. My father has come back from India and joined his office. Now I have the ability to clear off all the dues. 

I therefore, pray and hope you that you would be kind enough to grant me the remission of delay fine.
